Apartment Move-in Deposits
The Independence Harbor association charges a move-in fee of $500 and requires an additional move-in deposit of $500 for any damage that you, or your movers, may cause during the move. Move-ins and move-outs can only happen on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 8AM and 5PM and if the move goes outside these times there is a $100/hour fee payable. This moving time is calculated from when the moving truck enters or departs the front gate security booth.
